BEFORE HOST-COUNTRY SELECTION:

  • SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

    Praxis is for people who want to make significant contributions to our city’s culture and economy. The admissions process takes 2 - 3 weeks on average.

  • VISA ISSUANCE

    Upon acceptance, you will be issued a Steel Visa, which is designed to evolve into an official immigration document upon selection of our host-country. Today, the Visa entitles you to:
    • Citizenship status in the Community
    • A right to acquire property in the City
    • A right to all Visa types

  • JOIN THE COMMUNITY

    As a Steel Visa holder, you will join a community of founders, creatives, and builders who intend to make Praxis their future home. We want all Citizens to contribute to the development of the community and the city. We host Citizen events and projects aimed at guiding the City’s design.
    AFTER HOST COUNTRY SELECTION:

  • VISA SELECTION

    Our immigration framework will feature multiple visa types, all available to Steel Visa holders. Each type will carry investment requirements, but we will offer grants and financing options.

  • COMPLY WITH VISA REQUIREMENTS

    There will be a few further requirements to activate your visa when the first phase of the City nears completion, including:
    • Affirming the intent to establish residency by making a formal commitment to secure property through acquisition or rental
    • Background check
    • Proof of finances
    • Other relevant documentation as requested
    Visa activation will ultimately be subject to host-government approval.

  • VISA ACTIVATION

    Once you meet the aforementioned requirements, your Visa will activate and you will be free to enter the City.
